Dr.Ashwini R S is a consultant in Fetal Medicine Specialist. She obtained her MBBS degree from the prestigious Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and is a Gold Medalist. She went on to pursue post graduation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the same institute and has won awards for best paper presentations at various conferences during her post graduation and has been the primary author of paper publications.
Driven by her passion for fetal medicine, she pursued a Fellowship in Fetal Medicine from Mumbai. She has obtained her certificates of competency in various aspects of fetal scanning ( FMF-UK). She is very passionate about fetal medicine and totally committed to the cause.
Her special interest is in Early diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, Fetal echo and invasive procedures. She is a member of the Bangalore Society of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (BSOG), Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecological Societies of India( FOGSI), Society of Fetal medicine (SFM) and International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology ( ISUOG). She is fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi.
